WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT?
The purpose of this role is to provide software engineering support for the Software Engineer Excellence team. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining software architecture guidelines that ensure consistency, scalability, and security across our systems. Additionally, this role involves providing expert architectural guidance, conducting training sessions to enhance the technical skills of our engineering teams, and managing and monitoring their technical progress to ensure alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering and architectural skills, a continuous learning and improvement mindset, and the ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with IT & business internal stakeholders, software partners and service providers.
