Kymeta is seeking a Software Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that power cutting-edge satellite and cellular broadband communication technologies. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++.
- Experience with real-time systems or embedded software development.
- Strong focus on engineering excellence, including delivering reliable, high-quality, and
maintainable software solutions.• Proven ability to design and implement systems that prioritize performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of satellite communication systems, cellular technologies, or related domains.
- Experience with implementing complex mathematical algorithms in software.
- Experience with cloud platforms, IoT technologies, or AI/ML applications.
EDUCATION
- B.S. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent knowledge
and experience, M.S. preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software for satellite and cellular communication systems, from real-time
components to AI-driven features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing,
and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on new technologies to improve Kymeta’s products.
- Drive engineering excellence through innovation, reliability, process improvement, and team
collaboration.
