Main Responsibilities

• You will join the team maintaining and developing the Global Configurator for Sales, a pivotal resource, empowering our dedicated Sales team with the capabilities to craft, personalize, and accurately price our tailored solutions for our esteemed customers.
• You will report and work with the Senior gCNF programmer, with unique experience in this field and great capabilities as on-the-job trainer.
• Initially you will learn how to maintain data in gCNF: querying, updating, merging data in Microsoft SQL Server based on requests (via mail, phone or ticket).
• Then you will learn how to program the rules and configuration functions for new products, contributing to the ever-continuing expansion of gCNF.
• Eventually you will participate to the future evolution of gCNF towards automation, also incorporating AI functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Programming or equivalent.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft SQL Server: SQL queries, adding/merging data.
• Knowledge and experience of VB.net is a plus, willingness to learn VB.net is a must.
• Reliable and careful execution of the tasks, self-organized and thorough.
• Readiness to communicate via phone or mail, excellent communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and German.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word skills.
