We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Software Engineer to join our IoT and Digital Operations Department based in Telford, Shropshire. This team specialises in creating software and data solutions that improve and integrate our internal manufacturing and back-office processes, as well as collaborating with customers who want to enhance their print automation businesses. • The role will contribute towards software development projects integrating Ricoh print engines and technologies with factory automation to form part of an overall customer solution.
• The role holder will be required to work as part of a multi‐disciplined DevOps and Engineering team to support the Software Development Lifecycle with responsibility for software security, functionality and scalability.
• Supporting change management and documentation are also crucial parts of the role.
• The role also requires ongoing research and self-learning of the latest software technologies and methodologies to align with Ricoh’s software development strategy.
