JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Robotics Engineer with a strong foundation in C++ and Linux systems to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and deployment of the revolutionary EMMA robotic system. Ideal for passionate individuals keen on robotics and programming, the position includes structured online/offline training and support under a government-backed traineeship program, offering a monthly stipend of SGD 5,000. This program is designed for those with at least one year of full-time work experience in any field (excluding internships), providing extensive learning opportunities in robotics and healthcare technology. From the second year onwards, upon completion of the traineeship, the role will transition to full-time employment with annual salary adjustments based on performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in C++ programming.
- At least one year of full-time work experience in any field, excluding internships.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of robotics, with a keen interest in healthcare technology.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore and overseas for project deployment and support.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- A good understanding of software development practices and life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the R&D of the EMMA robotic system, focusing on innovation and effectiveness.
- Perform rigorous testing of codes, programs, and robotic treatment plans.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of the EMMA system, ensuring high standards of operation and service.
- Collaborate with senior engineers in refining and enhancing robotic functionalities.
- Visit customer sites for system deployment, training, and maintenance, providing exceptional technical support.
