• Developing and creating computer programs, reports, and dashboards to optimize the ServiceNow software and other organization systems.
• Working in close collaboration with users from various departments to understand their situations and address their needs.
• Participating in the analysis and technical implementation of modifications related to user requests.
• Providing technical support and software maintenance.
• Ensuring application security.
• Resolving application-related malfunctions.
• Testing developed programs.
• Researching and analyzing problems and contributing to the search for solutions.
• Providing clear instructions for any modifications made.
