Software Engineer - Part Time (15-20 hours per week)
Position Scope - The Sponsor aims to constantly enhance the quantity and quality of Sponsor-centric data through implementation of data triage tools. The Sponsor requires part time support to assist the Sponsor team in integrating, testing, and accepting a third-party AI/ML application into a virtual environment. A demonstrated proficiency in Linux, Docker, AI/ML applications, python programming, and utilization of REST APIs is required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE

The Contractor shall ensure, for the duration of the contract, that contractor personnel assigned to work under this contract maintain institutional knowledge and competency level necessary for all required skills, to include demonstrated on-the-job experience.

• Demonstrated experience with Linux
• Demonstrated experience using Docker and Linux containers
• Demonstrated experience developing in Python and interacting with REST APIs
• Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML applications relating to automated document triage and natural language processing
• Demonstrated experience working with third-party applications such as Docker

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE

Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

• Demonstrated experience with application security, setting up application certificates, user access control, and working with component security officers.
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing or documentation skills, including the ability to communicate work completed and maintenance processes.
