• INTROThe MES Developer will be responsible for ensuring the development, functionality, and improvement of the traceability system for all manufacturing steps, according to existing traceability targets and rules. They will provide PRIME development/integration and legacy system support, as well as training, consulting, and support for traceability for local users in Test, Process, Manufacturing Planning, Logistics, and Quality.JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and maintain software applications that support manufacturing processes using C/C++, C#, and web-based technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that software solutions meet those requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP PP and MES systems and apply that knowledge to improve production efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilize SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and other tools to design and maintain databases that support software applications.
• Participate in the software testing lifecycle, including writing test cases, executing tests, and debugging issues.
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to software development, manufacturing processes, and IT infrastructure.
• Contribute to a positive and innovative work environment that supports collaboration and continuous improvement.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum BS Computer Science or Engineering Degree

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with specific software systems and programming languages, such as .NET and SQL, is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Proficiency using version control systems such as Git/Github.
Knowledge of MES/PRIME system.
