POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a hands-on Software Engineering and Solution Engineering Leader for a critical Care + Program. This role involves working on one of the largest Care + Technology initiatives aimed at revolutionizing Behavioral Health Services in the United States. The focus is on enhancing market-winning capabilities in the Behavioral Health space. The Technology strategy is fully aligned with our business strategy, allowing the candidate to influence both technology and business directions. This individual will also recruit and mentor employees or vendor resources to build and contribute to a world-class Delivery Vertical. This position offers visibility to the highest levels of management, who are committed to the success of our efforts. The solution leverages the latest technologies and development techniques, including Open Source Integration Frameworks, E Business Process Management, Oracle High Availability Database Platforms, Agile, Continuous Integration, Behavior/Test Driven Development, AWS, Docker, and more.

SKILLS:

• Proven experience leading/managing technical teams with a passion for developing team talent. Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model.
• Familiarity with technologies and patterns such as Java, Oracle, Python, Hadoop, Angular, RESTful Services, Eventing, and Batch.
• Familiarity with agile methodology, including SCRUM team leadership.
• Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test-driven development, and specification by example.
• Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong influencing/negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Draw.IO, UML, Sequence diagrams, and architecture diagrams.
