As the Digital Channels Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented software engineers in the development of cutting-edge digital channel solutions. You will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of digital channels such as web, mobile, and API platforms. With a deep understanding of customer experience and industry trends, you will drive the transformation of our digital channels to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong technical expertise in web and mobile application development, API integration, and digital channels.
• Hands-on experience with modern software development frameworks and technologies, such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital channel projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.

• Lead and manage the development team, overseeing all aspects of the software development process
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and innovative applications using technologies such as ReactJs, Angular, Flutter, Node.js, and .NET
• Distribute tasks, set project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of development projects
• Collaborate closely with design, testing, and product management teams to align development activities with business objectives
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to integrate best practices and constantly improve current development methodologies
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development methodologies, and software development lifecycle guidelines
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to maintain high standards of code quality and application performance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
