Description:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or in a leadership role within the aerospace, aviation, or simulation industries.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expertise in mission-critical software development, with a focus on aerospace standards.
- Experience in C/C++ and other relevant programming languages.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale software projects from concept through to delivery.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of flight simulation technology or avionics software is highly desirable.

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic software development team in the aerospace industry. - Lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop, enhance, and maintain software for flight simulation systems.
- Develop and implement efficient software processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and aerospace safety standards.
- Oversee project timelines, delivery schedules, and quality control, ensuring successful delivery of all software components and services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, QA, and project management, to drive product development.
- Monitor and improve software performance, reliability, and scalability to meet the rigorous demands of flight simulation environments.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace and relevant regulatory standards, , ensuring the integrity and robustness of flight simulation software.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and aligning software solutions with business needs.
