We are now looking for a motivated and energetic Software Engineering Quality Specialist
As a Software Engineering Quality Specialist, you will assist Critical Software in adhering to quality management international standard and fulfilling our customer quality requirements in an agile and highly efficient manner. You will foster collaboration between departments to exchange quality management practices and stimulate continuous improvement. Your skills in software development lifecycles, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement will enable Critical Software to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction in demanding and diverse markets such as Aviation, Space, Railway or Finance.
Could you be the Software Engineering Quality Specialist that we’ve been looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Experience in software quality assurance, preferably in safety and mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, software project management, verification and validation, and related areas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues.
- Proven experience in leading quality related initiatives, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail to ensure all aspects of software quality are thoroughly examined.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to software engineering and safety critical systems (e.g., ISO 9000, ISO/IEC 12207, EN 50716).
- Familiarity with CMMI-DEV practices in agile environments and preferably experience in implementing and maintaining these standards.
- Strong experience in developing, tracking, and analysing software engineering metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
