JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties of the Software Engineering Resource and Planning Manager:

  • Identify resource needs and allocate accordingly
  • Establishing relationships with various departments to understand job requirements and roles.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers and HR team to manage recruitment needs.
  • Develop and maintain resource management plan that aligns with project timelines
  • Analyse data and current engineering trends to forecast future needs
  • Evaluate current resource management processes and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage expectations with stakeholders regarding resource availability and project timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with all HR and recruitment regulations.
  • Developing a talent pool for future hiring needs.
