JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties of the Software Engineering Resource and Planning Manager:
- Identify resource needs and allocate accordingly
- Establishing relationships with various departments to understand job requirements and roles.
- Coordinating with hiring managers and HR team to manage recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain resource management plan that aligns with project timelines
- Analyse data and current engineering trends to forecast future needs
- Evaluate current resource management processes and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Monitoring recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage expectations with stakeholders regarding resource availability and project timelines.
- Ensuring compliance with all HR and recruitment regulations.
- Developing a talent pool for future hiring needs.
