We’re not like traditional investors; we’re not bankers, we’re hands-on, working in close partnership with our companies with knowledge, experience, and ambition. During the internship program, you’ll get hands-on experience of buying, growing and selling leading SaaS companies, working alongside skilled colleagues with expertise from every phase.
This is a full-time paid internship, between January - June 2025, in Stockholm.

  • divide your time between our experienced transactions and operations teams – assigned meaningful tasks that’ll provide you with in-depth insights
  • participate at meetings with prospects (Nordic B2B SaaS companies looking to grow)
  • participate in the full deal cycle which means sourcing, valuation, negotiations, due diligence and closing of deals.
  • get involved with our portfolio companies, contributing to fulfilling their growth strategies – e.g. though market and competitor analysis and participating in add-on acquisitions
  • participate in board meetings and strategy sessions, giving you senior exposure and a network across the Nordics

Our team is packed with diverse, super-smart colleagues with decades of experience in growing SaaS companies – ranging from seasoned deal experts to former software executives.
A little about you

If you’re the right candidate for us, you are:

  • studying or have recently completed Bachelor or Master level studies in Economics, Business management, Finance, Engineering or similar areas (if Bachelor level, we’d like for you to have completed min. 2 years)
  • exposed to similar tasks through earlier part-time jobs or internships (e.g. corporate finance or strategy consulting)
  • ambitious and a self-starter
  • keen to learn
  • analytical
  • a doer
  • a team player
  • interested in the tech and SaaS industry
  • comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint
  • equally comfortable communicating in English as in Swedish
