SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or other higher education with studies in Business administration, law or a related discipline
• Ability to decipher complex legal documents
• 2 years of work experience in a business administration, legal, paralegal or Contract Management environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Ideally experience with Salesforce

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Software License Management Specialist to oversee customer licensing agreements and be responsible for the creation and maintenance of license keys for our Customers. This position requires a detailed understanding of the legal and business aspects of Customer contracts, ensuring that all parties adhere to the terms and conditions set out in the license agreements.
The Software License Management Specialist will work closely with the business and the support teams (Legal, Finance, Contract Management, Billing) to facilitate a smooth implementation of agreements, monitor compliance, manage license renewals and amendments as required.
This full-time position is based at our offices in Basel, Switzerland.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and company policies
• Manage software license keys for new and existing Customers
• Review and process applications for licenses, ensuring all required documents are submitted and criteria are met
• Coordinate internally with the business and support Genedata teams to ensure the timely delivery and resolution of license key issues
• Generate the license keys in Salesforce
• Develop and implement procedures and reporting for the licensing process
