Description:
YOUR CHALLENGE
For our Italian branch located in Cassina de’ Pecchi (MI) we are looking for a Software Product Specialist who is willing to work in a young, dynamic and challenging team.
In this position, you will be dedicated to the management of IT systems for traceability and transport systems for healthcare customers and you will execute the implementation of laboratories high technological solutions for customers, ensuring technical support, training and continuous improving for the entire duration of the supply.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position
- IT engineering degree or equivalent backgroun
Experience
- At least 1 year experience in the same role
- Data management through communication network
- Knowledge of network managemen

Responsibilities:
- Check the preparation of the hardware architecture and the network infrastructure necessary for the complementation of the solution;
- Identify the Customer’s technical contacts for the implementation of security technologies and remote connectivity;
- Collaborate with the technical staff of the software house identified to menage the product integration process;
- Interact with the managers and the technicians of the CED, clinical engineering and laboratory in order to implement the components of the technology solutions
- Produce and keep updated the technical documentation necessary to support and maintain the product;
- Make interventions of technical assistance at the customer site;
- Execute all the activities such as improving features, software updating at the customer site
- When provided, support customers during start-up phase for the system training
- Be responsible of the project management of assigned accounts
- Cooperate with the HQ, Local sales force and stakeholders
- Make demo in support of sales force
