Description:

Your tasks

As the SME in project controls, you will play a key role in the global rollout of our project controls software. Your main goal will be to ensure a healthy and stable implementation of this software throughout companies in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the US. Your tasks will include analyzing scenarios for which the software will be used, testing those scenarios with the tool, and collaborating closely with the product team on test automation implementation. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Go-To-Market team and the clients to stay updated on the latest functionality requests. The role demands proactivity, a solid knowledge of the construction industry, and some experience in project controls.

  • Analyze and document scenarios for which the existing software can be used.
  • Conduct regular regression tests of the software and document your findings.
  • Align with the product team on upcoming functionalities and prepare possible new scenarios considering the latest developments.
  • Coordinate with the Go-To-Market team on recent user feedback and analyze if updates on the tests are needed.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction, accounting, finance, or related studies.
  • Initial experience in construction project controls.
  • Experience with software development and/or implementation is a plus.
  • Always curious to find new ways the software can help clients achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand scenarios and document complete flows.
  • Empathetic, highly resourceful, and with excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the implementation of automated tests.
  • Understand the business to work with other team members, ensuring the information is sufficient and coherent to implement proposed scenarios.
