This role is key in driving the implementation and expansion of our Digital Products as part of Resonate’s growth strategy. Our products and services are part of the delivery of rail services to rail’s customers – they are relied on every day to operate the railway and provide reliable and safe transport. To deliver systems in this environment demands a robust approach to design, assurance and benefits. We deliver iteratively and we welcome change: priorities for the operational teams may change, or dependencies may be delayed, but that does not stop us delivering benefits to our customers. It’s part of our unique approach, we find ways to deliver and improve the experience of using rail, without compromising on the system reliability and performance.
Our delivery method requires strong planning, rigour, and leadership, with the benefits of iterative delivery for flexibility and instilling ownership through the technical teams. You will have experience in combining the need for robust project management with an Agile delivery approach. You will be able to focus on customer value and commitments.
