Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain requirements and specifications and manage all communication with client and development team.
• Prepare and update project timeline.
• Host weekly update meeting with clients
• Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents
• Provide training for client on implementation and technical issues.
• Prepare user manuals
• Prepare and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Assist in troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA tester
• Preferably a QA tester that has project management skill or aspire to be Project Manager
• Familiarity in project management and QA methodology
• Work with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent organizational skills
• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• This position mostly work from home but will travel for client meetings in KL once or twice a week.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
