JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Experience testing mobile devices, laptops, hardware, home technologies, and Bluetooth accessories.
- Previous experience with annotation and data analytics is a plus Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Curious and proactive. Loves to learn and explore.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Previous experience working with Virtual Assistants is a plus.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform test planning, test case development, and test execution (manual)
- Testing on client platforms and hardware
- Analyzing test failures and filing detailed defect reports.
- Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution.
- Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- Minimum Requirements: 1+ years of professional work experience as a Blackbox Software Quality Analyst or related.
- Experience in test planning, test design, test authoring, and execution.
- Analyze test results and identify defects, patterns of issues, troubleshoot scenarios and compile detailed reports.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
