JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience testing mobile devices, laptops, hardware, home technologies, and Bluetooth accessories.
  • Previous experience with annotation and data analytics is a plus Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Curious and proactive. Loves to learn and explore.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Previous experience working with Virtual Assistants is a plus.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform test planning, test case development, and test execution (manual)
  • Testing on client platforms and hardware
  • Analyzing test failures and filing detailed defect reports.
  • Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution.
  • Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Minimum Requirements: 1+ years of professional work experience as a Blackbox Software Quality Analyst or related.
  • Experience in test planning, test design, test authoring, and execution.
  • Analyze test results and identify defects, patterns of issues, troubleshoot scenarios and compile detailed reports.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
