IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Contacting customers whose unique Software contract is about to expire and needs to be renewed
• Presentation of the benefits of our services to customers with individual Software contracts
• Full coordination of Software contracts also at the system level
• Customer support for automatic contract renewal and multi-year contractsDaily use of English
•
