Description:

You’ll be (Responsibilities)

  • A hunter and a closer, identifying prospects, building relationships, and driving deals to completion and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • A technical expert, bridging the gap between cutting-edge software and the needs of our customers. Comfortable and confident in delivering live demos to customer.
  • A passionate advocate, inspiring engineers to achieve more with our innovative solutions.
  • A team player, collaborating with Account Managers, Support, Customer Success, Operations and Marketing.A growth-mindset champion, embracing challenges, learning from setbacks, and adapting to a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in roles similar to Hardware Engineer, Software Engineer, System Engineer, Applications Engineer, among others.
  • Solid understanding of test and measurement software like NI LabVIEW, TestStand, LabVIEW Real-Time, LabVIEW FPGA, C#, among others
  • Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date on the latest software features and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with the specific needs and challenges faced by engineers in Semiconductor, Transportation, and ADG industries (a plus).
  • Preferably with a degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Computer), Computer Science or other related fields.
  • Previous sales experience (if any) is a plus, with a strong focus on exceeding targets and closing deals.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals in a competitive environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, confident in showcasing the software’s capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and establish trust as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with a focus on achieving shared goals with internal teams (Account Managers, Support, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing).
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Grit and resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and a global team schedule.
