Responsibilities:
- Complete workstreams within expected timeframes set out by SLA targets.
- Understanding the importance of SLA’s and how this affects the business and customer
- Pro-active with work streams and ensuring fully productive

- Establish and maintain relationships with third party organisations to gain respect.
- Initiate and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Undertake additional tasks as required by the Specialist Collections Manager
