Description:

Join team.blue as a Software Team Lead to manage and mentor a talented team, drive agile processes, and contribute to the development of our FinTech platform.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You will manage a team of 2 Software Engineers with full end-to-end responsibility for the OnPay platform. Reporting to the Software Director, you will focus on both expanding and maintaining the platform.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in Software Engineering with 5-7+ years of experience in software development and management.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing an agile software team.
  • Strong understanding of team dynamics, software engineering, and agile processes.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills, effective communication, and a strategic outlook on software development.
  • Proficiency in PHP with a deep mastery of its core principles in web applications.
  • Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP, OOD, SOLID), algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Skilled in profiling, debugging, and using code quality tools like SonarQube.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and Danish.Preference for office-based work.

  • PCI compliance : Ensure PCI DSS Level 1 requirements are met, viewing them as strengths and helpful tools rather than obstacles.
  • Resource management : Manage team resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Performance management : Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster professional growth and development within the team.
