Description:
Join team.blue as a Software Team Lead to manage and mentor a talented team, drive agile processes, and contribute to the development of our FinTech platform.
POSITION OVERVIEW
You will manage a team of 2 Software Engineers with full end-to-end responsibility for the OnPay platform. Reporting to the Software Director, you will focus on both expanding and maintaining the platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in Software Engineering with 5-7+ years of experience in software development and management.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing an agile software team.
- Strong understanding of team dynamics, software engineering, and agile processes.
- Exceptional decision-making skills, effective communication, and a strategic outlook on software development.
- Proficiency in PHP with a deep mastery of its core principles in web applications.
- Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP, OOD, SOLID), algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Skilled in profiling, debugging, and using code quality tools like SonarQube.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Danish.Preference for office-based work.

PCI DSS compliance experienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
