The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate Software Technical Analyst to join our Mission Systems Software team located in Oklahoma City, OK or Hazelwood, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
This position supports the E-7A software organization focused on metrics, project management, and tool administration. Responsible for support of generation, automation, and reporting of program metrics including standard program metrics, DevSecOps metrics, and deliverables to the customer.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience with of Python or JavaScript experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Jira
  • 2+ years of agile scrum master experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience with EazyBI

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Collects and inputs process data to support basic software metrics.
  • Gathers and analyzes data to support assessment of software performance/function.
  • Implements and maintains automated scripts
  • Compiles documentation for internal and external customers
  • Supports project management of agile software teams, include data entry and validation, facilitating agile ceremonies, and agile coaching
  • Works under general supervision.
