Title: Software Technical Writer/Training Content Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 months
Work Engagement: W2

SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Strong Technical Writing and Content Development within an Application Development project
  • Extensive experience with MS Office as a whole,
  • Extensive Power Point Experience.
  • Adobe acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Framemaker experience.
  • Experience with Captivate.
  • Working experience with Jira.
  • Previous experience in Financial Services.
  • Experience with Wire Transfers and ISO 20022 (Preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Author, edit, deliver, and maintain job-specific training content, technical training manuals and QRGs,
  • Record process walkthroughs and training videos.
  • Manage knowledge library, employee learning tracking and reporting, and auditor self-service portal.
  • This team will develop training plans that outline modules, facilitate content validation and approvals
  • Determine and track teams/employees that require training.
