Hiire is helping Siemens, a global leader in Engineering and Technology, hire a Software Test Architect to join their Digital Mobility Services team and help them advance on their mission of shaping the future of mobility!

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS – MUST HAVE

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
• Several years of experience in System Testing;
• ISTQB certification (e.g. Test Analyst, Test Automation Engineer), ideally a certified “Test Architect” or have held comparable roles and responsibilities during your career;
• Expertise in developing test frameworks;
• Very good knowledge of Python and test automation (ideally with Robot Framework);
• Develop test drivers independently;
• Experience testing complex software systems;
• Experience with cloud-based applications (e.g. AWS, Azure);
• Ability to understand customers’ technical requirements;
• Strong experience with Agile Methodologies (ideally Scaled Agile Framework)
• Very good English skills - German would be good to have.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• System testing and test architecture of data-based software solutions on the Railigent Cloud platform;
• Create test concepts and specifications for our Railigent X software solutions based on customer or internal requirements;
• Design and execute test cases;
• Investigate deviations in tests, if they occur, and document them;
• Maintain and extend the existing test framework, and analyze new test automation methods and technologies.
