To succeed, we imagine you come with:

• Ability to write and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks like pytest and Cypress
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Ability to analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and devise effective testing strategies
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and debugging techniques
• Capability to document test cases, procedures, and results accurately
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 10218)
• Experience in testing safety-critical systems, ensuring compliance with safety requirements

Furthermore, we are looking for:

• Effective communication with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical team members
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, especially in agile or scrum environment
• Fluency in English
