JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your expertise in solar technology and sales will help clients make informed decisions that benefit their homes and the environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for renewable energy.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and customers.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in customers and colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
