QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of progressive construction experience, with leadership and mentoring skills preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of solar industry including supporting the operation and performance of solar projects.
- Ability to monitor and forecast project resources and staffing for the project.
- Ability to identify and manage risk and opportunities on solar projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Experience in leading a team of 4-6 employees
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees the performance of all solar projects aiming to maximize energy production and revenue
- Accountable for conducting potential loss calculations caused by various outdoor environments
- Oversees all data irregularities, monitoring trends in project performance and proactively identifies underlying and potential issues
- Understands client drivers and offers value engineering proposals for functionality, cost and schedule benefit.
- Negotiates availability guarantees, performance ratios and capacity test exhibits for project contracts through calculations and data analysis.
- Prepare, present and defend performance testing results and monthly or annual reports to clients and their independent engineers
- Coordinates with manufacturers and SCADA suppliers while interpreting various technical documents.
- Ensures continued awareness of the renewable market and on-going innovation and/or issues.
- Identifies and manages risk and opportunities on solar projects.
- Supervises, directs, coaches, trains and mentors team including direct and indirect reports.
