Education:

Experience:

• Min of 5MW ground mount and rooftop projects: 3 years (Required)
• Good knowledge of BOM of Solar Power Plant: 3 years (Required)
• Engineering Drawings, Electrical SLD and MS Office: 3 years (Required)
• SOLAR (E.P.C): 4 years (Required

Experience:

• SOLAR EPC: 3 years (Required

• Worked on projects of ground and Roof top Solar projects
• In-charge of site operations, working with contractors and subcontractors, and

ensuring the project completion as per schedule.

• Maintain excellent communication with customer and internal teams
• Controlling all aspects of the project including planning, execution, quality and

resource mobilization.

• Daily material and manpower mobilization and management.
• Ensuring Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the material and work being

done as per standards

• Maintaining strict Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) norms and guidelines during construction
• Maintaining record and documentation of work and material at site and regular

reporting

• Completion of HOTO activity
• Site survey and provide technical support to sales team
• Coordination & Documentation support to the approvals team
• Required Candidate profile:-
• Good knowledge of Engineering Drawings, Electrical SLD and MS Office
• Basic understanding of civil, mechanical and electrical work of the solar project
• Good knowledge of BOM of Solar Power Plant
• Should have executed min of 5MW ground mount and rooftop projects.
• Effective written and oral communications skills
• Problem solving ability, project management
• Vendor management
• Good judgment and analytical skills.
• 4+years of relevant experience in solar or similar in nature projects in power and electrical area.
• Should have managed entire project cycle independent.
• Education:- B-tech- Electrical (preferably)
