Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Project management experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Past experience with design, construction or procurement for solar energy projects is a strong advantage
- Past experience with budgeting and planning is beneficial
- Experience in the solar industry is a strong advantage
- Strong in the areas of personnel and resource management
- Coordination and time management skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task
- High-school education in a technical, electrical or mechanical field
Czech (C1) and English (B2)
- Class B driving license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, developing and managing solar energy projects
- Coordinating and overseeing project staff, contractors and vendors
- Developing solar project schedules and budgets
- Assessing project risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Interfacing with clients, investors, partners and related institutions
- Conducting research to identify new solar energy technologies and applications
- Developing proposals and business plans
Monitoring project progress and adjusting resources as needed
- Ensuring that projects adhere to safety and quality standards
