SOLAR SALES CONSULTANT:

Are you a dedicated self-starter with a passion for sales seeking an opportunity with uncapped earning potential? We seek a door-to-door Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in generating new customers within the Reno residential market.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary.
  • Full-time opportunity with a flexible working schedule (Tuesday-Saturday, preferred)
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation and smartphone (IOS preferred).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in any of the following industries: Home security sales, Satellite TV sales, Pest Control sales, Home Automation/Smart home sales, Direct sales, or Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience.
  • Sales background or solar experience.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy through door-knocking in residential neighborhoods.
  • Attend semiweekly meetings to connect with the team.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service through each interaction.
  • Follow weekly key performance indicators to ensure that you are meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Attend training meetings and shadows to enhance your sales skills and develop your solar knowledge.
  • Manage customer accounts in a prompt manner with a high level of professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned by your team leaders.
