Solicitor/Associate - Catastrophic Loss Team

The Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss division at DWF are seeking a Solicitor or Associate with a real interest in joining the team, focusing primarily on Catastrophic Loss. This team is one of the largest in the UK and is recognised nationally. We act for a large number of insurers, which many of whom are household names. This role will be hybrid and based in the London office.

Responsibilities:

• Able to deal with complex, catastrophic and large loss claims with a value of over £100k, with many being over £1 million in value.
• Assist by developing a caseload of large loss claims and in time becoming a recognised catastrophic injury lawyer.
• Deal with a range of serious injury files including RTA and EL/PL matters.
• Assist a busy partner by undertaking the day-to-day assistance of a caseload of catastrophic injury claims.
