SOLICITOR/ASSOCIATE (HOUSE BUILDER) – COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate specialising in Housebuilder work, working in our national team.
We are looking for an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to work with us in our Housebuilder team in any of our offices, excluding London.
This role will focus your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and varied work, working alongside highly respected leading practitioners. There are real opportunities for career development as you gain momentum and build your client relationships.
We will support and encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors, as well as nurturing and extending existing client relationships.

If you are a qualified Solicitor or Associate, ideally between 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience gained with a leading property practice, we would very much like to hear from you. We will consider CVs from exceptional candidates with less experience.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of technical experience, and be someone who shows initiative, drive and excellent client management skills. Whilst this particular role is focused within Housebuilder, if you have a broad experience within commercial property but a desire to specialise within the Housebuilder field then we would still be very interested in hearing from you.
We expect you to be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys working alongside others. Experience of supervising and mentoring junior members of a team would be advantageous. You must be commercially minded, and willing to take advantage of the fantastic opportunities for career development within this team.
