Description:
Job Introduction Due to continued growth DAC Beachcroft is expanding in all areas and is looking to appoint a 0-4 year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Claims Solutions Property Recovery team. We are looking for one permanent and one 12 month FTC and would consider candidates who can accommodate full time and part time hours.
The Property Recovery team is one of the products comprising the Property service line of the firm’s Claims Solutions Group, which is based in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow, the team provides advice and claims management services to the insurance industry.
The role will be responsible for working on complex Property damage insurance recoveries (Claimant work) typically over £100,000 in value and covering a range of perils including fire, flood, impact and escape of water. What’s in it for you?

- Supporting marketing and business development activities within the team
- Maintaining an awareness of the firm’s core strategies and aims. Handling confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols
