Description:
SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE
Our well-respected client are searching for a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Wills and Estate Planning team in Dorset.
You will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE within Wills and Estate Planning, ideally with experience of issues affecting vulnerable clients, e.g. funding, or CoP work. You will have exemplary client care skills, a keen interest in marketing and excellent motivational skills to help achieve the goals of the team, in order to be successful.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients. The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
As a Solicitor/Legal Executive , your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- To manage a varied caseload in Wills, LPA’s and Estate Planning work and provide general support to the rest of the private client team when required;
- To ensure the highest level of professional standards and client care are provided at all times;
- To process timely transactions and effect financial controls for matters;
- To ensure good file management and administration with department files well ordered, clear and complying with regulatory and office requirements.
They are a firm that will look to support and develop your career from day one and this is a prolific opportunity for the right individual to flourish in a collaborative team environment. They will look to provide a starting salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 and this will look to increase, once established.
