Optimal Solicitors are a successful niche Legal Practice based in Manchester. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role would also be suitable for a qualified solicitor with 1-2 years PQE, who has dispute resolution experience.
We are a multi-service law firm with a loyal and growing national and international client base. This is an opportunity to join our professional, modern law firm with huge scope for progression.
The Solicitor will be responsible for the successful management of civil litigation/dispute matters from inception to conclusion.
The position can be remote (home), office-based or a combination of the two. Office attendance is required a minimum of one day per month.

• Handling a broad range of disputes including property disputes, debt recovery, commercial disputes, employment and contract law
• Assessing and vetting potential new claims
• Dealing with complex and non-routine cases exercising appropriate levels of delegation and risk management
