FULL TIME, PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a practical individualto join Talbots as a Solicitor for our Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence with at least 2 years’ post qualified experience.
As a Solicitor, you will be advising on a wide range of personal injury and clinical negligence disputes matters, whilst managing own caseload and assisting more senior members of the team on high-value and complex litigation matters.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• To have at least 2 years qualified experience of independently running own caseload in personal injury and clinical negligence, from inception to completion.
• Working knowledge of running claims through the Damages Claim Portal (DCP), and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portals.
• Passionate about giving outstanding client care to clients and referrers with strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
