Responsibilities:
We’re seeking an experienced solicitor to join us on a part-time basis (estimated 1 to 2 days per week) but fully flexible remote working. You’ll be responsible for handling the legal aspects of land acquisitions, drafting and negotiating option agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant property and planning regulations. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, remote work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the legal processes for land purchases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate option agreements and related contracts.
- Provide legal advice on property transactions and land development.
- Liaise with external parties, including landowners, agents, and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property, planning, and environmental laws.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in transactions.
