Responsibilities:

We are seeking a technically able and commercially aware case handler to join our Civil Litigation Division in the Property Litigation team. Previous experience in property litigation is not essential.
You will be act mainly for individuals in assessing the prospects of bringing a claim against a neighbouring property owner in trespass, nuisance, breach of covenant etc. The role will largely involve assessing the prospects of a claim succeeding, and pushing forward claims with merits to conclusion be that via negotiation, mediation or trial.
The role involves running a case load in a supportive environment.
This role has the option of being part office working and part remote working or fully remote working. Our Team is currently working out of our Bristol, Leeds and Cardiff offices so ideally you will be able to attend internal meetings at our office as and when required.
