Solution Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Solution/System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing the current system and its interfaces, engaging with interfacing systems to design solutions, and documenting processes. You will translate business requirements into user stories for DevOps teams and provide detailed solution design documents and specifications. This role requires collaboration with various business and system stakeholders and participation in DevOps teams to apply analysis, testing tools, frameworks, and practices.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Solution Analyst experience
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology
• Experience in the Banking Domain
• Expertise in Systems Design & Integration
• Proficiency in Data Mapping and SQL
• Experience with System Integration

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with UML and other design tools
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Processes
• Experience with Jira or similar tools

QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.

• Analyse Current Systems: Assess the As-Is system and its interfaces, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Solution Design: Engage with interfacing systems to develop comprehensive solution designs and document the processes.
• Requirements Translation: Convert elicited business requirements into user stories that are immediately actionable for DevOps teams.
• Documentation: Provide the development team with solution design documents, user stories, and test cases.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between business and system stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Collaborative Development: Work collaboratively within squads during the design and delivery phases, with a specific focus on testing.
• Implementation Support: Support and coordinate production implementation and hyper-care monitoring activities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements, the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework, and Policies and Standards.
• Risk Management: Understand and manage risks and incidents relevant to the role.
