ABOUT THE JOB

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, scalable, and secure IT solutions that align with Allianz’s business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, enterprise systems, and the insurance industry to support the development and integration of innovative solutions.

• Solution Design and Development:
• Develop and implement IT architecture strategies that support Allianz’s business goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to enhance the IT infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present architectural solutions.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Project Management:
• Lead the architectural aspects of major IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project risks and issues, providing solutions to mitigate them.
• Compliance and Security:
• Ensure all solutions comply with Allianz’s security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
