Solution Architect

Ardanis Technologies Limited are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team with an immediate start. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated to work with our team who will produce high-quality solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about architecting user-centric solutions and be interested in emerging technology and approaches. A hands-on approach with an eye on best practice and processes are required for the role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing their software projects.
• Lead technical workshops, seminars, and training sessions for both internal teams and clients
• Architect scalable and reliable software systems, considering factors such as performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, recommend appropriate technology solutions, and align technology strategy with business goals
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and architecture
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations
• Contribute to the company’s thought leadership through blog posts, whitepapers, conference talks, etc
• Monitor project progress and outcomes, continuously evaluating results against goals and making adjustments as necessary
• Lead and provide expert guidance to agile teams comprising scrum masters, developers, and testers, ensuring the delivery of software solutions that effectively meet business objectives
• Spearhead the development and deployment of software applications within our product ecosystem, driving excellence and alignment.
• Participate in the recruitment, mentoring, management and growth of exceptional engineering talent.
• Champion positive changes in systems and processes, optimizing the team’s commitment delivery.
• Foster a culture that values efficient code, crafting streamlined processes for long-term team health and cohesion
• Regularly communicate project status and progress to product teams, customers, and senior management.

• Extensive experience in Software Design & Development, with over 10+ years of hands-on engagement.
• Profound skill in dissecting complex business challenges, formulating strategic frameworks, and translating them into actionable plans.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven project management acumen, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Agility in adapting to evolving client needs, handling ambiguity with confidence and creativity.
• Availability for travel as needed to engage directly with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills, interpersonal finesse, and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, software development processes, and translating client requirements into implementable solutions.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and behavioral-driven development (BDD) methodologies.
• Seasoned practitioner of Agile Development and proficiency with agile software delivery tools such as Jira, driving efficiency and collaboration.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, coupled with Continuous Testing methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
