ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

• Crafting and Executing CRM Solutions: Tailoring CRM solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working with various departments to comprehend their CRM requirements.
• CRM System Integration: Ensuring the CRM system integrates smoothly with other business systems.
• CRM Data Models and Architecture: Creating and maintaining CRM data models and architectural frameworks.
• CRM System Performance: Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the CRM system.
• Technical Support for CRM Users: Providing technical guidance and assistance to CRM users.
• CRM Best Practices and Standards: Developing and implementing standards and best practices for CRM usage.
• Technical Architecture Management: Overseeing the Technical Architecture of the CRM project from start to finish.
• Vendor and Third-Party Collaboration: Collaborating with vendors and third-party providers to enhance the capabilities of the CRM system.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or SugarCRM is a plus.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Have been working with CRM systems before.
• Have been integrating CRM with other systems.
• Been working with Design and design documentation.
