QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A seasoned professional with at least five years of experience architecting data & analytics solutions utilizing cloud-based data components (leading public cloud providers, especially Azure or Snowflake).
• Strong knowledge of PaaS, SaaS and IaaS architecture principles.
• Proven background in designing and implementing data migration/integration to applications built on Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Informatica MDM, SAP CRM/ERP.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of big data technologies (ETL, EDW), data warehousing, data management concepts, Master data management and Australian industry best practices.
• Experience working with Kingswaysoft Migration Toolkit (Nice to have).
• A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex data projects, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ideally, hold a recognized industry certification in cloud-based solution architecture (from a leading public cloud provider).
• An excellent communicator, collaborator, and presenter, with the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a strong understanding of SAFE principles.

• Lead the design and implementation of data & analytics solutions, ensuring they align with client objectives and Capgemini’s proven methodologies.
• Champion effective data utilization across client organizations, collaborating with data architects, security teams, and infrastructure teams to define data architecture solution design and select the right technologies.
• Provide technical leadership in advanced data techniques, including data migration, data archival, master data management, data modeling, access, data integration, visualization, discovery, data lake data warehousing, data architectural design, and implementation.
• Foster a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with internal and client-side teams (data architects, developers, data analysts) to deliver exceptional results.
• Stay at the forefront of data & analytics trends on leading cloud and data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, Informatica, Snowflakes) to ensure our clients benefit from the latest advancements.
• Support business development by shaping proposal solution architectures and actively participating in client meetings with the sales team.
