Som Solution Architect vil du drive den kontinuerlige optimering af vores installerede systemer ved at integrere banebrydende konfigurationer, funktionaliteter og ’best practice’ for vores software. Du vil oversætte proces- og informationsmodeller til detaljerede kravspecifikationer for vores softwareløsninger og udnytte din dybe systemviden til at dokumentere innovative løsningsdesigns. Derudover vil du arbejde tæt sammen med vores kundeansvarlige for at styrke kundeforhold og sammen med supportteamet vil du sikre en problemfri drift. Frem for alt vil du kæmpe for at opnå den bedst mulige kundetilfredshed.
