PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The clients internal pricing platform which is developed out of Romania and is a key component in their Infrastructure landscape. Luxoft will be assiting in several key areas, including Testing and Platform Services. The key part of this role is to review all aspects of the Solution architecture, and specifically, advise on Caching and latency.
The Services will be provided to establish a framework and set up processes, tooling, strategy, and a timeline to transition to managed service platform automation for the ongoing implementation and operation of the IPA system. The Services will cover the following areas:
Implementation of Infrastructure as Code for automated infrastructure provisioning.
Automation of risk evidencing for IAM (including SOX) and CHM (for all types of releases and deployments).
Identification of an IPA-wide monitoring solution with drill-down capabilities per component, plus a better monitoring of logs within ELK
Architecture and tooling review to address the need to enhance the efficiency and scalability of IPA to handles high volumes of data and real time calculations
Transition plan to managed services, including key SLA metrics
SKILLS
Must have
Extensive experience in software development and release management, particularly in the context of financial services, with high calculation requirements
Deep expertise in designing low-latency systems and caching solutions.
Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability.
Experience with high-performance computing environments.
Proficiency in evaluating and implementing advanced tools and technologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:
The Solution Architect will focus on optimizing the platform architecture for low latency and efficient caching. He/She will be responsible for reviewing the existing architecture, identifying scalability issues, and proposing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Analyze the current architecture and tooling with a focus on low latency and caching.
Identify bottlenecks and propose architecture enhancements for improved efficiency and scalability.
Evaluate alternative tools and technologies to support low latency and high performance.
Document recommendations, best practices, and an implementation roadmap for proposed changes.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement architecture improvements.
