Description:
Responsibilities:
- Developing digital transformation strategies, concepts and specifications for the implementation, enhancement and improvement of innovative platform solutions
- Facilitating and guiding projects, to ensure business and technology are aligned.
- Directing and supervising scalable client engagements on overall technological architecture.
- Ensuring re-use and scale of our knowledge and methods .
- Sharing, training and mapping client’s needs to Merkle capabilities.
- Acting as advisor or mentor for more junior colleagues on their project work and career development
- Gathering of business requirements and translating them into workable digital solution specifications in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria .
- Defining and enhancing industry and client specific architectures
- Advising the client on architectural solution aspects within their Vertical
- Closely collaborating with the development teams, UX / Design teams and content teams (onsite and/or offshore).
- Preparing and facilitating client workshops for idea creation and solution finding.
- Staying up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the client’s business
