Description:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proven expertise with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong knowledge of Typescript, ES6+, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB, and database design principles.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Proficient with Git and version control systems.
LEADERSHIP & SOFT SKILLS:
- Experience in an architectural role, with a focus on leading technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
